TOS - Terms of Service

Please read before joining or making any purchase.

1. By using the InstantXchange.com website you are automatically indicating that you have read, understand and agree with these Terms of Service as well as the Privacy Policy terms.

2. InstantXchange.com reserves the right to update any of these Terms of Service at any time without notice. You are totally responsible for regularly reviewing these terms for changes. Changes will take effect immediately.

3. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our website contents or the content of any of the InstantXchange.com member pages. InstantXchange.com may at times be offline for maintenance or for any other reasons without prior notice. InstantXchange.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services.

4. You are NOT allowed to send unsolicited email asking people to join InstantXchange.com, it's called SPAM and it's also illegal. If we receive any complaints against you, your account will be immediately terminated and all earnings will be lost.

5. In order to receive credits from surfing you must click on the right security image after the countdown is up. Credits are applied to your account after the click.

6. You receive credits from your direct referrals each time they have surfed 100 sites. You can have unlimited referrals at this time.

7. We monitor our website activities with a unique and secure system. Any user and/or member who gets caught cheating by using a third-party sofware, auto-click, auto-surf or manually trying to cheat the program for any reason or creating multiple accounts will have their account terminated and all earnings will be lost. We also reserve the right to terminate your account at anytime for any reason without prior notice or warning.

8. Website Rules
Your website may only contain one popup.
Your website may not close or break the surfbar.
Your website must not attempt to automatically download files.
Your website may not contain any adult or illegal content.
Your website must be in english.
Websites may be removed for any other reason not listed here if it negatively affects surfing.

9. Membership Rules
Only one account is allowed per person.
You must be logged in to surf.
You are not allowed to surf from two computers or two browser windows at once.
You must have a javascript enabled browser to surf. (Latest version of Firefox,Chrome or IE is recommended)
A valid email address is required for your membership.
Only the member can surf, no one else.
You are not allowed to share your login information with anyone.

11. When you add or modify any website on file, it must be manually reviewed and approved before it goes live.

12. You are fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your government.

13. InstantXchange.com reserves the right to modify fees, prices, benefits, terms, policies, offers, memberships, rules or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

14. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems that may arise. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account termination.

15. The relationship between you and InstantXchange.com does NOT constitute any partnership, joint venture or any business bond of any kind. You are NOT an employee or an independent contractor of InstantXchange.com either. You or InstantXchange.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

16. Cash earnings will be paid to the account available in your profile. Make sure to keep an updated PayPal or AlerPay account on file. Payments will be manually checked and processed and may take up to 5 business days to process after the request has been made.

17. Account Termination: If you wish to terminate your member account with InstantXchange.com you must notify the admin in writing. At account termination you will stop receiving emails from us and all of your earnings will be lost. Pending cashouts will not be paid. Please allow up to 5 business days to process.
